Nature of Services:
Positive Communication provides digital advertisement and marketing services. Due to the nature of these services, which involve significant time, resources, and customized strategies, we have a strict no-refund policy.
No Refund Policy:
All payments made to Positive Communication on behalf of Positive360 are non-refundable. Once a project or service has commenced and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued.
This policy applies to all our service offerings, including but not limited to:
● Website maintenance retainers.
● Social media management.
● Paid advertising campaigns.
● Content creation.
Commitment to Serve:
We are committed to providing high-quality services and achieving the agreed-upon results. We work closely with our clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare and exceptional circumstances, where Positive Communication is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund. However, this is not a standard practice and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clarification:
We encourage all clients to carefully review our service offerings and discuss any concerns or questions before making a payment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
